Your conference registration includes the welcome reception on Tuesday, the technical program with breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Presenting Authors: One abstract is included in your registration fee. Additional abstracts to which you are a presenting author incur an additional fee. Note: Additional abstracts submitted to the educational session will not incur an additional fee.

Registration Terms
- All fees are in USD.
- Member rates apply to those who are a member of ASCE and/or EMI.
- Full registration rates are for faculty, industry researchers, post-doctoral fellows, and any other non-student participant.
- Student rates are for undergraduate and graduate students in a degree-seeking program at an academic institution. Validation of student status with a photo school ID or other documentation will be requested when checking in.
- Presenting authors will be asked to identify abstract number when registering.
- Payment may be made by credit card.
- Registration refunds must be made by May 10, 2026. Write [email protected] for refunds and any questions.
- Speakers must register by May 3, 2026 to avoid abstract removal from the program.
Non-members will receive a complimentary EMI only membership valid from January 1 through December 31, 2027, as part of their registration. This offer is available only to individuals who do not currently hold an active ASCE/EMI membership and does not include automatic renewal of your EMI membership. To keep your membership active, renew each year on the ASCE website.
Members will need an EMI ID number to register. Visit the ASCE member portal or email [email protected] if you cannot find your member number.
Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations must be sent in writing or via email to [email protected]. Cancellation requests received prior to May 10, 2026 receive a full refund, less $100 processing fee. All refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis and are reviewed within 30 days post-conference.
