The Full and Student Registrations include the technical program with coffee and refreshments on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, and a welcome reception on Monday evening. Full Registration includes the banquet on Thursday. Student Registration does not include the banquet, but students have the option of purchasing a banquet ticket separately.
If you are a presenting author, one abstract is included in your registration fee. Additional abstract(s) to which you are a presenting author incur a $200 fee for each additional abstract.
Accompanying Person Registration only includes the welcome reception on Monday evening and the banquet on Thursday.
The registration for the joint conference is made through the submission portal at https://submissions.emi-pmc2024.org/. If you are a presenting author and have an account on the submissions site, login and click on "Registration" on the left side menu. If you are not presenting an abstract, you will need to create an account on the submission site if you have not done so already. After creating your account, click on "Registration" on the left side menu.
Registration information for completing the online form
- All fees are in USD.
- Member rates apply to those who are a member of EMI.
- Full registration rates are for faculty, industry researchers, post-doctoral fellows, and any other non-student participant.
- Student rates are for undergraduate and graduate students in a degree-seeking program at an academic institution. Validation of your student status with a photo school ID or other documentation will be requested when registering.
- Presenting authors will be asked to identify their abstract number when registering.
- Accompanying Person tickets may be purchased for $175 each. An accompanying person has access ONLY to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, May 28 and the Congress Banquet on Thursday, May 30.
Payment
Payment may be made by credit card (preferred) or offline with a wire transfer. If you are paying by wire transfer you must complete the registration form first, then select the option to pay offline on the checkout page. There is an additional $50 charge for paying by wire transfer.

Refunds/Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds must be made by May 17. Write to [email protected]. No refunds will be approved after May 17, 2024. A $100 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
