The Young Member Town Hall is an open, interactive forum designed for young members, students, and anyone interested in learning more about EMI. This session provides an opportunity to ask questions, share ideas and suggestions, reflect on experiences from past EMI events, and propose new student or young‑member initiatives. Whether this is your first EMI event or you have attended several conferences, your perspective and input are welcome. The goal is to foster dialogue among participants, encourage peer learning, and deepen understanding of EMI and its role within the community. Senior EMI members, Fellows, and committee officers will be present to engage in discussion and help respond to questions.
The session is sponsored by the EMI Structural Health Monitoring and Control Committee (SHMC), in coordination with the EMI Education Committee and the EMI Dynamics Committee, and will be moderated by Prof. Fernando Moreu, Vice President of SHMC and Chair of the Education Committee. Please send any questions to Prof. Fernando Moreu.
